Your Basic B

Get all the flavors of an everything bagel married with the creaminess of avocado toast in one healthy breakfast. Just toast, spread that creamy goodness, sprinkle and go. Want to take it up a notch? Top with a poached or fried egg. 

Guac It Out

Peel and mash your avocados (about 3) in a bowl. Leave it a little chunkier than you’d like the final product to be, it will get mashed more later on.  
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbs lime juice
salt & pepper to taste
Who really measures spices anyways?
Next mix in the lime juice and spices and stir it up real good.  Serve and enjoy!

Egg in the Hole

Slice your avocado in half and take out the pit.  Warm a little bit of olive oil in a small frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add half of the avocado and crack an egg inside of it, cooking the egg til the whites are firm and cooked all the way through. Then flip it and cook the top.  Serve with some fresh black pepper and sea salt. Maybe some cilantro? YUM! and so simple.
